Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure at first.
My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to filter yourself or hold it all together. You get to show up
as you are.
For women, that might look like finally putting words to the overwhelm, anxiety, or pressure you’ve been carrying.
For couples, it might mean slowing things down enough to understand each other again, especially in the middle of big transitions like parenthood.
Here’s what working together can look like:
- Talking through what’s been weighing on you, openly and honestly
- Understanding the patterns and experiences that are shaping how you feel
- Building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected
Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. It can also bring clarity, relief, and a sense of coming back to yourself, and to each other.
